We will make every reasonable accommodation to encourage full and active participation of all children in our program based on his/her individual capabilities and needs.
If our child has an identified special need, we will prepare everything to make our school a pleasant and cozy place for this child to develop their skills in a creative way while respecting their limitations.
Also, our entire team will be preparing to support the child’s family and the child in all the necessary aspect of their development. The child can receive one therapy at a time within our center, because we are family and we want to help each of our children, but we must be notified in advance so that we can prepare the entire environment without causing any inconvenience to our group’s daily routine.

NMB TINY HANDS DAYCARE DIRECTOR
Miami NMB Tiny Hands Academy’s director is Marta Xavier.
Ms. Xavier has a bachelor’s degree in early learning education. She also has a director’s license, as well as her VPK teacher license and years of experience working with children. She speaks three languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English. She is a mother of two and has a pet dog. Ms. Xavier’s passion for educating and guiding children on their journey of becoming good citizens of the world started at a very young age. She is excited to be part of not just your child’s life but of your family’s lives.
My job as director of our preschool in Miami is to make sure this space is a second home with a second family for both the parents and your children. My job also includes providing a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment in conjunction with a quality educational curriculum that assists the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth for each of our children helping them build a brilliant future.
NMB TINY HANDS DAYCARE EDUCATORS
At our Daycare in Miami, we focus on finding educators with an overall wonderful personality. That is how we know that our educators are fun, dedicated, creative, caring, and motivated to assist in the learning of each child. We value our educators, because without them there is no NMB Tiny Hands Academy.
We ask of our educators to always observe each child and take their interests into consideration when coming up with weekly projects. Our educators make sure that our children are always having fun while learning. Most importantly, our educators understand that each child learns at his/her own pace and they are trained to assist each child both individually and as a group. Our educators collaborate with each other, our academy’s director and with the parents of our children. As a team, everyone at NMB Tiny Hands daycare focuses on building a comfortable, fun, and creative environment for our children.
